mkhtemp: PROPER fd leak/overwrite fix
now this code should be stable. no leaks.
yes. hardened mkhtemp. oh yeah mate.
now all i need is a main() and a getopt
loop, and pledge, unveil, and blackjack,
and something dubious of a titilating
nature.
